I finished Drums Girls and Dangerous Pie. I think it had a good ending because the main character's little brother who had cancer gets better. I also thought it was good because all of Steven's friends throw a fundraiser for his little brother so his family can afford his treatment and his other needs. Overall I would recommend reading it if you haven't already. I am also reading a book called No Choirboy. I don't really get the name in relation to the book. This book is interviews with prisoners on death row. I don't really see the correlation. Honestly, I picked completely by random but so far I think it's good because it's real things and it's very in depth.

I commented on Adam's blog this week.

Later on in drums Girls and Dangerous pie The main character Steven's little brother gets cancer. This makes the story a lot better. Now it is more interesting because I'm waiting for something to happen. For my group I'm reading Outsiders. It is a pretty good book because it has the point of view of a bunch of poor gang members. I think it makes it more interesting. As you can see I like my books to be interesting otherwise I lose my motivation to read them.

I began to read Drums Girls and dangerous Pie. I started it last year, but I never finished it. So far, it is a pretty good book. It's has average characterization and such, but it has a good plot which makes it worth reading. I think the aouthor who wrote this is good at creating plots. It really got me thinking about how bad the kid's life (in the story) is.
